How it works
The goal of this process is continuous improvement of a product · Improvement is made by repeatedly iterating through 3 phases:
- Exploration : travelling through an unfamiliar area in order to learn about it
- Creation : the action or process of bringing something into existence
- Discovery : the act of finding or learning something for the first time

Our process uses five steps to move us through these phases:
- Question
- Understand
- Ideate
- Prototype
- Share
The product is improved by iterating through these steps and adding questions as needed to fuel momentum.
