MVP: Minimum Viable Product

From Bold Idea Knowledgebase
A project scope is a detailed description of the work to be done in order to build a product. When defining a scope, it's important to decide how much we can do with the limited resources we have (time & people), and then make a plan for how we can get those done.

Once you have an idea of something you want to build, you may have a tough time knowing where to start (and where to end) without defining a project scope . When building anything, you should always focus on building what's called a Minimum Viable Product .
